UK SHIPPING ONLY
We send orders within 24 hours of purchase.
Currently, we only offer a delivery service of Royal Mail 48 Tracked. Your order will arrive within 2-3 business days.

If you really need your order ASAP, call or email us and we will try our very best to get it sent out sooner at an extra cost.

RETURNS POLICY
We are an independent barbershop and love that we can sell our very own LWB merchandise and hair & skincare products.
If you are unsatisfied with your LWB merchandise (t-shirts), you may return it to us for an exchange or refund within 14 days of purchase.
If you wish to return a purchase, please contact us on 01284 750523 or info@loyalwolfbarbershop.com with details of your return, including the date of purchase.
Please note: if you are returning an order purchased via our website, shipping is at buyers expense.
Returned items must be unused and in its original condition, with tags /labels still attached and with any original packaging undamaged.
Please provide proof of purchase/receipt on return.
If an item is faulty/damaged, we will be happy to exchange it or refund you, and refund the cost of returning it.
Please provide a receipt for the shipping cost.

Due to the nature of our Rose Noir X Loyal Wolf haircare products, we are unable to accept returns due to hygiene reasons, so please contact us if you have any issues or you are unhappy with your order for any reason and we’ll get back to you right away with a solution.

We hope you have a a great experience with our products. However everyone’s skin is different and as with all skin & haircare, allergic reactions are possible. Due to this we are not responsible for any reaction as this is down to the individual’s skin not the product itself.
Always do a patch test and wait 24 hours, if an allergic reaction occurs, discontinue use and seek medical advice if severe. All of the ingredients are on our website and on the packaging of each product, read them carefully to make sure you don’t have a known allergy to a specific ingredient.
