APPOINTMENT NECESSARY

  • Can I only book via the Booksy app?
    Even though booking in through our booking app is the easiest option, we can book you in manually - either pop into see us at the shop or give us a call on 01284 559594.
  • Can I sit and wait for a haircut?
    Due to Covid-19, we can't facilitate a 'sit and wait' system, however, you can pop into the shop and book an appointment. You never know, we might even have a slot available at that time!
  • What restrictions have you got in place due to Covid-19?

We value your time and ask that you respect our scheduling policy.

All clients are asked to provide their payment details upon confirmation of booking. This is very easy to do, and automatically part of the booking process on Booksy. This is fully protected, secure and in alignment with our cancellation policy. Please note that this is NOT a prepayment. The cancellation fee is only charged if you violate the terms of the cancellation policy. If you show up to the appointment on time or cancel before the deadline (1hr+), no cancellation fee is withdrawn from your account.

If you cancel your appointment 1+ prior to your appointment, you will NOT be charged.

 

If you cancel within 1 hour of your appointment, or not show up to your appointment, you will be charged 100% of the service fee.
