All clients are asked to provide their payment details upon confirmation of booking. This is very easy to do, and automatically part of the booking process on Booksy. This is fully protected, secure and in alignment with our cancellation policy. Please note that this is NOT a prepayment. The cancellation fee is only charged if you violate the terms of the cancellation policy. If you show up to the appointment on time or cancel before the deadline (1hr+), no cancellation fee is withdrawn from your account.
If you cancel your appointment 2+ prior to your appointment, you will NOT be charged.
If you cancel within 2 hour of your appointment, or not show up to your appointment, you will be charged 100% of the service fee.
