If you were not a barber, what would you be?
Tough one!! I love animals, so probably something to do with dogs... I'd end up bringing them all home though ha! Either that or something with construction of eco-buildings, that kinda stuff interests me.
What song inspires you when styling?
I love all genres of music to be honest, but I love chilled hip-hop, jazzy vibes when I'm cutting hair, it creates a real nice feel. But then again, I love an Oasis day!
SAM
Founder of LWB
Sam has been barbering for 11 years and has grown and evolved much like the industry itself. He trained with Alan D Education in 2013 and leapt straight into working in his hometown, Bury St Edmunds. Barbering has enabled him to travel and work and is something he strives to do more of in the future. A year-long trip to Australia showed him a different yet, familiar side of the industry - he was really shown how no matter where you are in the world, the art of barbering and its community-felt spirit is present in every country, town and barbering chair. He created LWB in 2020 with visions of it being much more than 'just a barbershop' - with deep thought going into branding, the shop's mission and most of all delivering high-standard customer service, these visions have stayed throughout the whole process., making the shop a real hub for community and great haircuts.

RICKEY
Barber at LWB
Rickey has been in the barbering game for 6 years and has gained experience from training in Ireland and working in several different shops across the UK over the years. He loves the creative side of the industry and most of all - meeting, and getting to know new people every day! Rickey has been a part of the team since June 2022 and is a huge asset to the team. Catch him in the shop every Mon, Tues, Weds, Fri and Saturday!
BECCA
Creative Design & Admin
If you're a regular at LWB you will have likely seen Becca floating around the shop - often with a camera or coffee in hand!
Becca has influence on Loyal Wolf's branding, creative marketing and overall administration.
Sam and Becca created LWB together back in 2020 and have been developing the brand ever since.
JOSH
Barber at LWB
Josh joined us in September 2025.
Josh recently finished a course at Norwich School of Hair & Beauty and is now ready to get stuck into cutting your barnets,
You can catch him in the shop Mondays, Thursdays, Friday & Saturdays offering discounted haircuts whilst he gets into the rhythm of things.
Mandatory introductory fun fact: he’s really blooming' good at solving Rubik’s cubes, like, 55 seconds! He also wishes he could do backflips, but he can’t. He’s gunna work on this and we’ll be sure to provide updates. 🤸
